Weekly schedule type issue

Hello,

I set a scheduled on type “Weekly” and select Monday to Friday. But every morning the MangoSign app on the TV shows the 1st screen slide asking you to load a template. Then I need to go back on the web app to refresh the schedule so that the slide is pushed back again

Is there an issue with the Weekly type?

Hi,

Please try and schedule other content to fill the gaps instead of having nothing scheduled during the downtime. This should keep content playing continuously on your screens.

Hi,

Ok I put a slide on continuous to fill the gaps. I will see tomorrow morning if that change to the weekly one.

Thank you very much for your reply.

If I schedule a new slide as Default Type, will it fill the gaps? If I put a slide as continuous, this slide is showing during the day even I have a weekly scheduled for the whole day. I think it is a problem with the overlapping.

Could you have a look to my scheduled please? The account is screendisplay@cfbl.org.uk and my scheduled is like that

1. Weekly from 7am to 8pm
2. Continuous

Normally the weekly slide should overlap the continuous  between 7am to 8pm.
